Founder

Rimma Doubinskaia is a businesswoman, human rights activist, and philanthropist.

She is passionate about women’s education, economic and socio-political empowerment. Diversity & environmentally sustainable practices are also keen interests of Rimma.

As the founder of the prior Global Women’s Partnership initiative, she was naturally dedicated to teaching women the importance of literacy, finding themselves, and gaining empowerment. On trips to Africa, visiting places such as Uganda, Liberia, and Ghana, Rimma witnessed poverty but she also saw the strength the women had and their determination to do better; she helped women and children who have been historically oppressed. While in Africa, keenly aware of the need for water conservation, new wells, and sustainable sanitation, she consulted on such matters and is working towards much
of this through her charity now and in the future.

Rimma currently serves as a member of the Global Advisory Council at IMPACT Leadership 21™, a global platform providing leadership solutions that drive change.
She was a Presidential Campaign Coordinator & Advisor to Ms. Macdella Cooper’s Presidential Campaign Bid in Liberia. Rimma is also affiliated She is also affiliated with American Red Cross, Tiffany Circle, Macdella Cooper Foundation, Georgie Badiel Foundation, Central Park Conservancy, NYAC – NY Athletic Club, and the MOMA Private Membership.

Rimma is proud to expand upon the success of her prior initiative, Global Women’s Partnership which has changed the lives of countless African women during her time in Africa over the past 4 years – and has now evolved into becoming the Global Women’s Alliance, a registered 501 c 3 charity. On the business front, she co-founded HR Investors LLC, Offrim Realty LLC & is Principal and CEO of RimEnterprises LLC.

Other than philanthropy, Rimma enjoys the summer & winter outdoor life and activities, traveling, and playing classical music. A humanitarian at heart, Rimma is an advocate
of viewing life and human history as an adventure that presents endless opportunities
to be a force for good.
